We walk your space and note the actual light, footfall, and AC placement — not a generic checklist. You get an honest read on what will and won't survive there, including if the answer is fewer plants than you expected.
Design & proposal
A species and placement plan built from our standardized catalog, so pricing is clear per plant, per size, per pot — not a single bundled number you can't break down. No install fees hidden inside the monthly rate.
Install
Plants come from vetted nursery partners and are placed on a schedule that works around your office hours, not ours. You're not getting the smallest available starter plant to save on shipping.
Maintain
Recurring watering and inspection visits, a replacement guarantee, and one point of contact — not a rotating call center. We also track how each plant performs in your specific space over time, so replacements get smarter, not just repeated.
Scale
Once it's working in one location, the same catalog and pricing structure roll out to your other offices — useful if you're a co-working chain or multi-branch account. No re-negotiating from scratch per site.
Questions
Before you ask.
- What happens if a plant dies?
- It's replaced at our cost during the next scheduled visit. Plant survival is our risk to manage, not yours to pay for twice.
- How long is the contract?
- Month-to-month after the first quarter. No multi-year lock-in to get a fair price.
- Who's liable if an installation damages a wall or floor?
- We are. Installation (especially green walls) includes waterproofing and surface protection, and we carry the liability for our own install work.
- We're relocating offices in a year — is that a problem?
- No. Leased plants move with you or get handed back; there's no asset to write off either way.
- Is there a minimum order size?
- No minimum for leasing/AMC. Corporate gifting and green walls have practical minimums we'll flag upfront during the audit.
