- Is the plant doctor free?
- Diagnosis is free. A paid tier for live consults with a horticulturist comes later — the free version won't get worse to make that happen.
- How accurate is the diagnosis?
- Good on common pests and diseases from a clear photo. It'll tell you when it isn't confident rather than guessing — and for soil problems, a photo genuinely isn't enough, so it'll point you to a real soil test.
- Do I need to buy something to get advice?
- No. There's no shop yet, and when there is, advice won't be gated behind it. If the fix is free, we'll tell you it's free.
- When is the shop launching?
- No date yet. We're building the diagnosis and community layer first — a plant shop that ships damaged plants is worse than no shop.
- Which cities are the community groups in?
- Starting with Delhi-NCR. Other cities open up as there are enough local growers to make the advice genuinely local.
