Why one company, three verticals

Corporate plantscaping, hobby gardening, and farmer advisory look unrelated on paper. Here's why we're building all three under Agravy.

Most agritech companies pick a lane: sell inputs to farmers, sell plants to consumers, or manage greenery for offices. We're doing all three, deliberately, because we think the same underlying knowledge — what a plant needs to survive, how to diagnose what's wrong with it, how to get it to the right place at the right price — applies at every scale.

That doesn't mean we're building one product for three audiences. A facility manager in Gurgaon, a balcony gardener in Delhi, and a wheat farmer in western UP have almost nothing in common as customers. What they share is a platform underneath — shared diagnosis tooling, a shared brand, and a shared conviction that this stuff is worth doing properly.

More on how each vertical actually works soon.
